Well, I tried doing the NaNoWriMo this year. Started out great until the homework and other responsibilities piled on up on me. BUT I'm going to try to do it again next year. It was so much fun. I've been doing all of my writing on my phone (Gotta love the writing apps) while feeding the baby, helping Orion with his homework, doing my homework and trying not to pull my hair out. LOL. I would've beaten the deadline, had I been back in high school with no responsibilities. XDD

Well, we're trying to decide whether to move to San Antonio, Portland, or Grapevine (Kadin's looking for jobs there). We've turned a bit hippie over the past two years.
I'm still trying to get my BSN to become a CNM and K's still doing Engineering. School is tough! I love Medical Terminology. I thought I was going to hate it, but it's actually a lot of fun.
Orion's having a ton of fun at school too. The school district told us that he's not "academically" skilled for some of the challenging classes like Project Think. Um...He really is. He's only in Kinder (he's 5 years old) and already reading on the 3rd grade level. He writes and acts out his own stories. Makes up math problems for fun. Makes up his own games. Tell him something once and he'll remember and repeat it back to you, word by word. If that's not gifted and talented, I don't know what is. So FUCK YOU, MISD.  No wonder Texas Education is the worst of the nation. >_<

Okay, I re-wrote The Protectors. Yes, yes. Groan all you want. I'll just sit here and eat popcorn.
I'll be deleting the old chapters and putting up the new chapters as I go along. I've got 6 chapters so far, and I think they are longer and better than the old version.
Okay, so they're shorter than I actually thought they were.  Eh. If I keep writing the way I am, it'll turn into a novel. >_<  

Oh! And Happy Belated Thanksgiving, birthdays, etc.

My birthday was kinda okay. Nothing went according to plan. I went blonde. Actually, I'm still blonde.  I gotta take my Drivers' License first and then I'm dyeing it pink.

Yes. Pink.

I promised Kadin that I would, since I've had my hair in every color except pink. >_<  Oie.

What else is new? Um...I can't think of anything else.

P.S. I've cleaned out my DA. I did leave some stories that I'm actually interested in writing in, again.
